Q: When are you open?

A: We open Tuesday through Saturday from 5pm to 9:30 pm.

Q: Do you have outdoor dining?

A: Yes! We have a large outdoor area.

Q: Where are you located? How can we find you? Directions. Por favor.

A: 396 Alhambra Circle, Suite 155. We are located inside of the building next to the City Bank in the lobby. We have no sign or main entrance. There are two main entrances for the building, one in Alhambra and one in Giralda. Both entrances lead to our restaurant.

Q: Where can we find parking?

A: Our building has a seven story parking lot available at all times. 3 bucks n hour. Also metered parking around the building.

Q: How can I make a reservation?

A: Through our reservation tab or calling the restaurant.

Q: I don’t see any availability on SevenRooms. Do you have anything available?

A: We always have space for walk ins for the bar and our lounge tables in the courtyard. Wait time depends on the time of the day. 5pm or 9pm are the best time slots to score a table for sure.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: All reservations are made with a credit card on file, 10 dollar charge will be charged to the card on file for no shows no calls. If you can’t make it, just call us, sh@t happens

Q: Do you accept walk-ins?

A: Yup.

Q: What is the max number of guests that can be booked for reservation?

A: 6 guests is the max we allow to reserve, for parties larger than 6 please refer to the answer below.

Q: Who should I contact if my party has X+ guests?

A: email hollaback@zitzsum.net or call the restaurant at 786 4096920 and ask for Diana our GM, she will be able to accommodate your large party request. .

Q: I’m running late! Can I still be seated for my reservation?

A: Yup, we will hold your table for 15 minutes after your reservation time, table will be released after the 15 minute grace period.

Q: Is there a dress code?

A: Come relaxed.

Q: Do you offer gift certificates?

A: Yes we do.

Q: Do you offer gluten-free/vegetarian/vegan options?

A: Some of our menu items are or can be made vegetarian, vegan or gluten free. If you have any dietary restrictions please call the restaurant or leave a message in your reservation. We politely decline any modifications to dishes, but we are open to create and break certain rules, just let us know.

Q: Do you have a kids’ menu?

A: Yup, coloring books and crayons too.

Q: Do you deliver or take orders to go?

A: No delivery, take out yes!.

Q: How can I order takeout? WHICH MENU ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE?

A: All menu items are take out friendly. There’s things that we wouldn’t suggest for take out, like the crudo or the tartare, but we’re not here to judge. Come hungry and don’t try to eat the tartare while driving, been there, pretty messy.
